About Us

Dubin Environmental was founded in 2013 and provides a diverse range of civil and water resource engineering services to government agencies, engineering firms, architects, developers, attorneys, and homeowners. Principal, Tony Dubin, P.E., provides technical analysis and oversight for hydraulic modeling studies, drainage planning and design, low impact development and green stormwater infrastructure projects, civil infrastructure design, stream hydraulics and restoration, and watershed studies. Tony started Dubin Environmental for the opportunity to work more closely with clients and address their needs.

Tony Dubin has worked in the Seattle area for more than 20 years. He holds an M.S.E in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington and a B.Sc. with Honors in Physics and Astronomy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to starting Dubin Environmental Consulting in 2013, Tony was an Associate at Brown and Caldwell where he worked for 15 years.
